1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Golden Tower Hotel's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Reservations and Bookings
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid phone number is required to complete a booking.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.
- Check-in time is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM unless otherwise arranged.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before check-in: Full refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in: One night's charge may apply
- No-shows: Full booking amount will be charged
4. Payment Terms
We accept payments via Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo). Full payment or deposit may be required at the time of booking depending on the rate selected.
5. Guest Responsibilities
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
- Guests must comply with all hotel rules and regulations.
- Valid identification is required at check-in.
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
6. Limitation of Liability
Golden Tower Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings unless caused by the hotel's negligence. We recommend guests use the in-room safe for valuables.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.
